Bulk Order Policy
At Radharani Creations, we accept bulk orders for various purposes, including wedding functions, parties, corporate events, gifting, and reselling. Any order placed in large quantity based on a specific design is considered a bulk order. We are committed to providing the best quality products and reliable service to all our bulk customers.
For all bulk orders, we require 50% advance payment to start the production process. The remaining full payment must be completed once the order is ready before dispatch. This payment system helps us ensure smooth production and timely delivery.
Please note that shipping charges are applicable to all bulk orders. Bulk orders usually have higher weight and larger packaging; therefore, shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight and delivery location. Packaging charges are also applicable and must be paid by the customer. We ensure that all products are packed carefully using proper and secure packaging methods so that the goods reach you safely and in good condition. We always try to provide safe and secure delivery through trusted courier services.
The production and delivery time for bulk orders depends on the order details, such as the selected design, customisation requirements, quantity size (small or large), and overall workload. We always share the estimated timeline with customers after confirming the order.
